Welcome to Ice Lab Pro Shop. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (icelabproshop.com) and the purchase of our products and services. By using our website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms.
Products and services
We sell hockey and figure skating equipment and provide services including skate sharpening, boot fittings, and skate repairs. We make every effort to display products, prices, and availability accurately, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and to refuse or cancel any order, including after an order has been submitted.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. By placing an order you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Gift cards
Gift cards are redeemable for products and services at Ice Lab Pro Shop. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen unless required by law.
Orders, shipping, and returns
Shipping and payment details are described on our Shipping & Payment Info page, and returns are governed by our Return Policy. Please review both before purchasing.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Ice Lab Pro Shop or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not reproduce or use our content without permission.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Ice Lab Pro Shop. The program and its terms are as follows:
- Program description: Ice Lab Pro Shop sends text messages including order and pickup updates, appointment and skate-sharpening reminders, customer-service replies, and occasional promotions and offers.

- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and our promotions.

- Opt out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will no longer receive texts unless you opt in again.
