We want you to be happy with your gear. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Returns & exchanges
Unused items in their original, resalable condition with tags and packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or we made an error.
Items that cannot be returned
- Skates that have been sharpened, mounted, baked/heat-molded, or otherwise used (these services are performed to your specifications and cannot be resold).
- Used, worn, or installed equipment.
- Custom, special-order, or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final-sale items marked as non-returnable.
Defective or damaged items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund. Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are handled according to the manufacturer's terms.
Services
Service work such as sharpening, fittings, and repairs is performed by hand to your preferences. If you are not satisfied with a service, please tell us right away and we will do our best to correct it.
